Who Am I?
My name is Carole Delion (she/her) and I own and operate Delion Consulting LLC as a sole proprietor. I previously worked at the Maryland State Highway Administration for ten years, where I implemented the Connected and Automated Vehicle program and led ITS teams from planning through operations and maintenance. I am a proud University of Maryland Terp (BS '09 and MS '11) and a licensed PE in Maryland.
But, who am I, as a person? Ambitious and emphatic to human progress, you will often find me pursuing the latest technologies, advocating for change, and then leading that change. I 'walk the talk' and proudly mentor others to be the next generation of leaders.
